1. The clutch spring is broken
2. The clutch is open due to rusting of the
clutch bolts

5. Gear damage inside the swivel gear case
6. Damage to the joint-C spring
7. Abnormal wear to the drum and shaft's

2. The chip saw's tip has worn down by a
third or more
3. Pipe is bent
4. The blade has a high peripheral balance
