Set up personal e-mail
1. On the Home screen, press the
Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Manage
Internet Email.
4. Perform one of the following:
To access personal e-mail

from accounts, such as
Yahoo! , Gmail , AOL
® ®
address and password. Select Next. You can add up
to 10 accounts.
If you want to create a new BlackBerry e-mail account,

scroll down and select Create A BlackBerry Email
Address Type your username, which will appear
before @tmo.blackberry.net. Select Next and OK.

Set up work e-mail
If your company is using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, then
you can set up your device to receive work e-mail from Micro-
soft Outlook , IBM Lotus Notes
® ® ®
Perform the following if you have the Enterprise Activation
password from your system administrator:
1. On the Home screen, press the
Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Options.
4. Scroll to and select Advanced
Options.
5. Scroll to and select Enterprise
Activation.
6. Type your e-mail address and password.
7. Press the Menu key.
8. Select Activate.
If you do not have the Enterprise Activation password
from your system administrator, then you must install the
BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer and then
®
synchronize work e-mail with your device.
