    CONNECTION HARDWARE a. 3” Allen head Bolt 20 pcs h. Nuts 4 pcs d. Allen Wrench 1 pc g. Metal connection 4 pcs b. Barrel Nuts 20 pcs e. Wood Dowel 8 pcs WRENCH AND PHILLIPS--HEAD SCREWDRIVER f. 1” Allen head Bolt 4 pcs c.
  • Page 6 STEP 1 Insert wood dowels (e) into top rails (A). STEP 2 Attach the right crib end (I) to the right front leg (D) and the right back leg (F) by using allen head bolts (a) and barrel nuts (b) and wood dowels (e).
  • Page 7 STEP 4 Attach metal connection(g) to the wooden mattress base(J) by using bolts(f) and nuts(h) with wrench. Position the wooden mattress base(J) to a selected position on legs. Insert the bolts(c) into thread insert on legs,then tighten securely with Allen wrench(d). Be sure the flat side of wooden mattress base(J) is upward.
  • Page 8 CONVERT THE CRIB INTO DAY BED Remove the top rail (A) and the front rail bottom (B) as shown. Converting crib to a twin bed I (Hollywood bed frame sold separately) 1.Remove the the Wooden mattress base (J) .Then remove the right crib end (I) and the left crib end (H).
