AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS

The Rock & Recline Massage Chair includes four automatic programs. Each
program is designed to produce a specific effect:
• Quick - A full body massage, from neck to thighs, that demonstrates all
massage techniques and chair positions, including Rock.
• Relax - A gentle program that features a rolling, kneading motion in the
Recline chair position.
• Stress Relief - A sequence of Shiatsu, Tapping and Rolling techniques that
help relieve stress in the Recline chair position.
• Energize - The most intensive program, designed to get you ready to start
your day. Features Shiatsu and Tapping massage. Progresses from Recline to
Upright chair position.
To select an automatic program, press AUTO on the controller. Select your
preferred program by pressing AUTO again to cycle through the four programs.
Relax, Stress Relief, and Energize programs run for approximately 15 minutes;
the Quick program runs for approximately 6 minutes. When the program
completes, the chair moves to the Chair Up position, the massage nodes return
to their default positions, and the controller turns off.
To end a program early, press the On/Off button on the controller.

MANUAL OPTIONS

The Rock & Recline Massage Chair includes three massage styles that allow
you to create a unique massage experience:
• Shiatsu - A combination of deep-kneading and slow, rhythmic motions
targeting acupressure points.
• Tapping - A brisk, rhythmic tapping designed to invigorate.
• Rolling - A gentle rolling technique designed for soothing relaxation.
To select a massage style, press SHIATSU, TAPPING or ROLLING on the
controller.
• For Shiatsu and Tapping massages, you can press TARGET to activate
the spot massage feature. A spot massage targets a single area, focus-
ing your Shiatsu or Tapping massage on the current roller location. Press
TARGET again and the rollers will resume working on the selected zone.
SHIATSU and TAPPING can be selected at the same time for a further
customized massage.
• For Rolling massages, you can press ADJUST to change the roller width.
You can further customize your massage by pressing ZONE to select the
massage area (Full, Upper, or Lower body), pressing one of the Chair position
options, and by adding heat to your lumbar region.
To stop a manual massage, press the On/Off button on the controller, or select
another manual massage or an Automatic Program.

ENDING A MASSAGE SESSION

To avoid overheating, the massage chair will automatically shut off if it begins
to overheat. Allow the chair to cool for a minimum of 30 minutes before
starting another massage session.

15 minutes for Relax, Stress Relief and Energize). Manual programs will
automatically shut off after 15 minutes. To end a manual massage early,
press the On/Off button on the controller to disable all
functions before putting the controller into the controller
pocket. The chair will return to the upright position and the
massage nodes will return to their default position.
