PoWer

1 . Press the POWER ON/OFF button to turn the massager on .
2 . Press the POWER ON/OFF button again to turn the massager off .
Note: the massager will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.

using sPeed

The massager starts in Low Speed when it is first powered on .
Press the SPEED button to change the speed between Low and High .

using PrograMs

• Press the PROGRAMS button once and PULSE is activated .
• Press the PROGRAMS button again and SOOTHE is activated .
• Press the PROGRAMS button again and ENERGIZE is activated .
Note:
Pressing the PrograMs button thereafter will continuously
change the programs sequentially, in the above order.
