No tracker available
No tracker paired
The tracker is not available and therefore
tracker settings are not available
An unknown error occured
Some errors may occur when using the tracker. A summary of how to deal with these errors
is found below.
Error
Tracker is not responding – the tracker
does not blink green every 15 seconds
Solution
Please proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the tracker is charged.
2. Ensure that the tracker is in pairing mode.
3. Ensure that the tracker is not in flight mode.
4. Ensure that the tracker is in range.
If all steps can be answered with yes, try again.
The pairing process was not completed. Please start the pairing process
again.
Please proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the paired tracker is charged.
2. Ensure that the paired tracker is not in flight mode.
3. Ensure that the paired tracker is in range.
Please close the app and restart it.
Solution
Please proceed as follows:
1. Push and hold the button for at least 20 seconds until the tracker resets.
2. Lay the tracker on the charger to perform a reset initialized by the
charger.
