    assembling ARYS™ me Attaching the tracker to the wristband Attach the tracker to the wristband by lining up the tracker with the LEDs facing upwards. Press the tracker into the wristband. Wrist placement In order to get accurate data, ARYS™ me should fit snugly on top of the wrist of the affected arm.

    tracker restrictions Daily usage: Your tracker can be worn during all everyday activities except: Bathing Swimming Attending an MRI, CAT, CT or PET examination In such cases, we strongly recommend taking off the tracker. If you feel any discomfort on your wrist while or after wear- ing the product, please discontinue use.
  • Page 14 Standalone use of the tracker You can also use your tracker as a standalone device. Your tracker can record your movements without being paired to a smartphone. Once the tracker is paired after using it without a connec- tion to your smartphone, the tracker date and time will be synchronized.

    arm activity The Activity screen includes two tabs, one for activity of the arm and one for steps (see next page). Since the focus of the ARYS me system is the arm, the arm tab is active at the beginning. In the section «Your daily target», the user can see the pro- gress towards the daily target.

    arm activity – history – day In the History screen, the user can view the arm activities with the following views: Day, Week, Month, Year. The «Day» view is active at the beginning. A title below the tabs shows the current day. By pressing the  arrow, the user can go back to the previous day and so on. If the day is in the past, an additional arrow to the right ap- pears.

    arm activity – history – pop-up In the date pop-up, the user can select a specific date to be shown. In the week, month and year pop-up, the user can select a specific period to be shown.

    arm activity – history – week /month In the week view, the weeks are organized by week number. For each week, seven days in a row are shown. For each of the seven days, the sum of activities on that day is represented.

Months in the future are empty. The navigation works in the same way as described in the day view, except that there is no scrolling to the left and no landscape mode.

    step counter – history – day In the History screen, you can choose between the following views: Day, Week, Month and Year. The «Day» view is active at the beginning. A bar below the tabs shows the current day. By pressing the arrow, you can  navigate back and forth in days. To look for a specific date, press the date in the bar and a pop-up opens where you can specify the desired date.
