step counter
The Activity screen includes two tabs, one for activity of the
arm (see previous chapter) and one for steps. Since the
focus of the ARYS™ me system is the arm, the arm tab is
always activated first. Press «Step counter» to get the de-
tails.
«Today's steps» shows the amount of steps you have
performed today.
«Today's progress» shows the steps made over the day. In-
side this area, a button leads to the full history of the step
counter.
The «Total number of steps performed» shows a summary
of all steps performed so far.
