Possible Cause
Verify activity of LEDs on
the top card (modem) in
the Outdoor Unit. If LEDs
on Modem in Outdoor
Unit never turn BLUE or
GREEN.
Unit not actually
registered or Hardware
problem
Solution
These LEDs should turn on about 60-70 seconds after
power is applied to Junction Box. They should not
stay on for at least 2 minutes.
Check subscription with customer care providing them
with the ESN and MDN numbers
Wait at least three (3) minutes and redial the MRI-
1000 Number. If repeated dialing attempts still result
in no connection Replace the MRI-1000 and return to
mfg for warranty repair.
