Once you've registered with Orange, you can keep in touch with the people you
choose, when you choose. You can use your phone while it is charging.
making a call

Open the flip to reveal your keys and
screen.

Switch on your phone by pressing
the
key for more than one second.
The display will light up and show
Welcome to Orange, the Samsung
logo and then the Orange logo.

Key in the number you want to call.
Always use the full area code, even if
the number is in your area.

Press the C key to cancel a number if
you make a mistake.

Press the
key to call the number.
ending a call
Press the
key, for a short time. To
switch your phone off press and hold the
key
for a couple of seconds.

using your personal handsfree kit
Your Orange phone is supplied with a
personal handsfree kit, leaving your
hands free to get on with other things.
The headset connects into the socket,
under the rubber dust cover, on the side
of the phone. See the picture on the
inside front cover for details.
When using the headset, ensure that you
have the earpiece in your ear.
To answer an incoming call:
Press
or press the button on the
cable of the handsfree kit.
To end a call:
Press the
key or press the button
on the cable of the handsfree kit.
To busy an incoming call:.
Press the
soft key under Reject.
To dial the last number called:
Press the button on the cable of the
handsfree kit.
redialling the last number you
called
You can redial the last number dialled by
pressing the
key twice. If you press
the key once, you will see a list of the
last 10 numbers you dialled.
Use the
or
keys to scroll through
the entries. When you come to one you
wish to dial, press
.
Press C to return to the main display.
changing the earpiece volume
The earpiece volume can be adjusted
while you are in an active call.

When you press the volume buttons on
the side of the phone the display will
show the volume level.

Press the buttons to increase or
decrease the volume.

Press the C key to return to the main
display.
