NOTE
A LAN cable is not supplied with the network board. If you are installing the
network board to connect the printer to a network, you will need a category
5 twisted pair cable. Cables, hubs, etc. should be obtained separately as
required.

Connect the other end of the LAN cable to a hub.

Connect all interface cables and the power cord to the
printer.

Plug the power plug into the AC power outlet.

Press the power switch to turn the printer on.

Check that the Power lamp on the network board is on.

If the network board is not working properly, turn the printer off, and then check
the LAN cable connection, hub operation, and network board installation. If the
board still does not operate when the power is on, refer to the users guide
supplied with the AXIS 1611.
