I cannot remove the toner cartridge after the toner
replacement cover is opened .

Check the touch panel display . The following screen is displayed .

To remove the toner cartridge:
Press [Remove Toner Cartridges] → the inner cover for the toner to replace opens → follow the
instructions on the touch panel display to remove the toner cartridge.
