PERATION VIA A SYSTEM TELEPHONE
System telephones allow you to operate Voicemail Center 461.2 via the second level or via
a Function key.
You can assign the voicemail functions for one mailbox (defined) or all mailboxes (general) to
a Function key.
If you have set up a defined voicemail Function key, you do not have to enter the Access Code
every time.
If you have set up a Function key, the LED for the Function key also provides the following
information:
Red LED flashing
Red LED on
Green LED flashing
Green LED on
If you have not pressed a key for 180 seconds, your Voicemail Center 461.2 plays the voice
message "Please confirm" to check whether you are still using the line. To confirm you are,
press the Stop key "

Operation via a system telephone

Incoming call for Voicemail Center 461.2.
Voicemail Center 461.2 has answered the call. You can press the
Function key to pick up the call.
New ICMs waiting (either for the mailbox configured (defined
key), or for all mailboxes (general key)).
Old ICMs waiting (either for the mailbox configured (defined key),
or for all mailboxes (general key)).
