3. Operation Computer Instructions TIME: Auto start elapsed time. 500M TIME: Time to row 500 meters, updated at the completion of each stroke. PULSE: Requires optional receiver and chest strap (sold separately). SPM: Strokes per minute updated each stroke. CAL HOUR: Updated each stroke.
