Restraint in Your Vehicle

LATCH Installation

For ProBOOSTER XL: Unattended Booster Installation
1. Place the child restraint on
the vehicle seat.
2. Locate the LATCH connectors
in the storage pockets on
each side of the seat.
3. Connect each LATCH
connector to the anchor in
the vehicle. Make sure the
arrows molded on the LATCH
connectors are facing up.
NOTE: The LATCH strap will
remain loose. The LATCH is there
purely to prevent a tossed object
in case of a car crash.
To prevent a tossed object in
case of a car crash, the car
vehicle seat belt must be used
while the child is not occupying
the booster.
1. Install the seat belt through
the red belt guides.
2. Buckle the belt so that the
seat is secured in place.
