Alarms

ALARM
The Alenti lift has three different alarm signals which indicate different faults.
1 Low battery signal
2 Brake fault
3 Circuit board fault
NOTE
If the problem can not be solved with the written troubleshooting actions, please contact an
ArjoHuntleigh authorized service technician.
If the raise button (up arrow) is pressed the alarm will sound for up to 10 s at rate of
one beep per second.
Recharge the battery.
If the alarm continues contact your local ArjoHuntleigh service technician.
If any of the buttons are pressed the alarm will sound for up to 10 s at a rate of 4 beeps
per second. The LED on the control panel and the hand control will also light up.
This alarm indicates a brake failure. Try moving the Alenti lift to a flat levelled surface
and re-apply brakes.
If the alarm continues contact your local ArjoHuntleigh service technician.
This alarm will continue to sound up to 5 s at a rate of 4 beeps per second, followed by
a 30 s pause. The alarm can only be stopped by removing the battery.
This alarm indicates a fault in the circuit board. If the alarm starts while the patient is
using the Alenti lift, complete the immediate task such as bathing or transfer.
Then contact your local ArjoHuntleigh service technician.
