EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES LIMITED WARRANTY
JPW Associates, Inc. (JPW) warrants that all "JPW Products" manufactured by JPW (including both JPW Equipment
and JPW Accessories, as defined herein), when operated in the typical and intended operatingenvironment, shall
con orm to
's written speci ications and shall remain free from defects in materialsand workmanship (a) in the
case of "JPW EQUIPMENT" (meaning handheld units and cradles), for a period of twelve (12) months from the date
of shipment from JPW, and (b) in the case of "JPW Accessories" (meaning accessories and peripherals), for a period
o three
months rom the date o shipment rom
JPW to repair or replace the defective or nonconforming Product at
warranty, and accepts no liability or responsibility for, any Products sold hereunder if such Products, in the reasonable
opinion of JPW, (i) have not been applied, installed, operated, used, handled, or maintained in strict accordance with
's written speci ications and instructions ii are used for any purpose not specified or intended by JPW, (iii) are
used in conjunction with, or are combined with, other hardware, software, peripherals, or equipment not specified or
intended by JPW, or (iv) are damaged by, or subjected to, improper handling, storage, installation, use, or
maintenance, abnormal or undisclosed environmental conditions, tampering, unauthorized repairs or modifications,
accidental or intentional damage, or acts of God. The operating system Windows CE and all other software sold or
supplied by JPW are provided as-is, without any warranty o any kind by

consequential damages (including without limitation damages incurred by the loss of present or prospective profits
arising from the failure in performance of the Products. No such claim may be made against JPW under any theory,
including contract, tort, statutory or otherwise. This warranty hereby excludes all other warranties related to the
quality of the Product or its capacities to fulfill specific or intended purposes, including all warranties granted by the
United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International ales o

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) FOR SERVICING
the warranty provided herein, you must refer each claim of a warranty defect directly to JPW. Service under the conditions of
this warranty requires prepaid shipment from your facility to a JPW service center. The Products have no user serviceable parts.
To obtain an RMA, you can make your request by using our online form at:
JPW reserves the right at any time to make changes or improvements to any Products without liability and without any
obligation to make such changes or improvements to any Products previously sold.
EXTENDED WARRANTY ON JPW MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
The original end user may, at any time during the initial warranty period, extend the warranty on qualifying JPW Products
through purchase of a JPW TotalCare Service Contract. For more information, contact JPW at (800) 446-2463.
