1 . Visual check
Check any scratch/damage on the inner
tube and excessive oil leakage with the
front fork.

If you find any leaks or damage, ask a Yamaha
dealer to inspect.
2. Operation check
Place the motorcycle on a level place.
a. Hold the motorcycle on an upright po-
sition with a rider's hands on the han-
dlebar and apply the front brake.
b. Pump the front fork up and down for
several times.
