Autolube pump adjustment
The Autolube pump is a vital part of the en-
gine and requires very sophisticated adjust-
ment. Most adjusting should be left to a
Yamaha dealer who has the professional
knowledge and experience to do so.

Lubricate the pivoting parts.
Recommended lubricant:

Yamaha Chain and Cable Lube or
SAE 1 OW30 motor oil
Brake and clutch levers
Lubricate the pivoting parts.

Sidestand
Lubricate the pivoting parts. Check to see that
the sidestand move up and down smoothly.
Recommended lubricant:
U-704
Yamaha Chain and Cable Lube or
SAE 1 OW30 motor oil

If the sidestand movement is not
smooth, consult a Yamaha dealer.
