Deflecting a call during the ringing phase (CD)

Calls intended for B are deflected to destination C during the ringing phase. (CD: Call
Deflection). In such cases the call is not forwarded automatically but manually by user
B. Unlike CFNR the call is signalled only at destination C after it has been forwarded.
