4. Use extreme caution when making
a turn or towing on a slope or un-
stable surface.
CAUTION

Stop distance on a slope is
proportional to speed and
weight of the towed load. Slow
down if the weight of the towed
load is heavier than the trac-
tor and no brake system is in-
stalled. Observe the instruction
of towing speed and weight ra-
tio recommendations.
ADJUST THE SEAT AND FASTEN THE SEAT BELT
Move the seat forward or rearward
until you can easily handle the ped-
als and steering wheel.
The seat belt should go under your
belly and waist, across your hips.
Otherwise unexpected injury may oc-
cur in a crash.
Adjust the steering wheel so as to
drive your tractor more comfortable.
CAUTION
Pay attention to the following in-
structions when driving on a road.
Otherwise, there is a risk of the
tractor to be out of control.

Couple the brake pedals to-
gether.
•
Use the accelerator pedal.
•
Slow down when driving on an
icy, wet, or gravel road.
•
Install the proper weight.

While slowing down your trac-
tor, press the brake pedal
lightly and carefully.

To extend the life of the brakes,
do not put your foot on the
brake pedal unnecessarily.
