INITIALISATION PROCEDURE
GETTING TO
Following an automatic motion malfunction while
KNOW YOUR CAR
opening/closing or an emergency manoeuvre (see
description in the previous paragraph), the automatic
operation of the sun roof must be initialised again.
SAFETY
Proceed as follows:
❒ press button B fig. 42 in closing position;
❒ hold down button B: after approximately 10
STARTING AND
seconds the roof moves jerkily to closing position.
DRIVING Once the operation has ended (roof closed)
release button B;
❒ turn the ignition key to STOP and keep it there for
WARNING LIGHTS
10 seconds;
AND MESSAGES
❒ turn the ignition key to the MAR position;
❒ Press button B in closed position;
❒ hold down button B until the roof is completely
IN AN EMERGENCY
closed: the initialisation procedure has ended;
❒ press button B again within 3 seconds from the
conclusion of the initialisation procedure;
SERVICING AND
❒ hold down button B: the roof will perform an
MAINTENANCE
automatic opening and closing cycle: should this
not occur, repeat the operation from the
beginning;
TECHNICAL
❒ keeping button B held down, wait until the roof is

completely closed.

DOORS
LOCKING/UNLOCKING FROM OUTSIDE
To unlock
Turn the key fig. 44 to position 1 and pull the handle
upwards.
With central door locking (for versions/markets
where provided), the doors are unlocked
simultaneously when the key is turned.
With remote control (for versions/markets where
provided) press the button to open the doors.
IMPORTANT Before opening a door, make sure this
can be done in safety. Open the doors only when the
car is stationary.
IMPORTANT Open the doors only when the car is
stationary.
To lock
Turn the key fig. 44 to position 2 with the door
perfectly closed.
With central door locking (for versions/markets
where provided) all doors must be shut properly.
With remote control (for versions/markets where
provided) press the button to close the doors.
If one of the doors is not shut properly, simultaneous
locking is disabled.
