25. Troubleshooting Indoor Unit Error Codes

Error Code: CP
Description: MWMA models only.
General Note: None.
This S4 jumper is on the adapter
board. There needs to be a
jumper in place . If jumper is
there then make sure it is making
good contact.
Error Code: E0
Description:
Indoor Unit EEPROM malfunction.
General Note: PCB main chip does not receive feedback from EEPROM chip.
Shut off the power supply and turn it on 1 min-
ute later. Is it still displaying the error code?
If the EEPROM chip is soldered on PCB, re-
place the PCB. Otherwise, check whether the
EEPROM chip is plugged in PCB properly?
Replace the indoor PCB.
