Release the comb plate screws and pull the
‹
comb plate from the shearing head.
Remove the upper blade.

Place the new upper blade in the tapered pins
‹
of the chicken feet drive
Apply a few drops of oil on the polished
‹
surfaces of the upper blade.
► Make sure the clipping blades are
positioned correctly when installing the
new or sharpened blades.
► The tapered pins of the chicken feet drive
must engage exactly in the positioning
holes of the upper blade.
