User registration, activation of services

The use of the ŠKODA Connect online service requires prior user registration
and vehicle registration as well as activation of the online service.
The registration and activation take place according to the instructions on the
following pages.
After entering the following address in your web browser or by scanning the
QR code » Fig. 4, an instruction video on how to register and activate the serv-
ices will start.

You can also contact a ŠKODA service partner who will assist you during the
registration, activation, and Internet connection.

Before the registration, we recommend watching the instruction video
on page 11,
1. Start the ŠKODA Connect Portal by entering the following address in
your web browser or by scanning the QR code
http://go.skoda.eu/connect-portal
2. Select the country and the language and click "Continue". A menu for
the application will appear.
3. Click on the link to Create a new account.
4. Enter your e-mail address and the access password (at least eight
characters made up of numbers, upper-case and lower-case letters).
5. Confirm the password and click "Continue".
6. Open your e-mail inbox. In the confirmation e-mail, click on the link to
complete the registration.
7. The ŠKODA Connect Portal website opens with confirmed verification
of the e-mail address. Click on "OK".
8. A menu for the application will appear. Sign in on the ŠKODA Connect
Portal website.
9. Enter the information required for registration (fill out user profile) and
click "Continue".
10. Enter the vehicle identification number of your vehicle and click "Con-
tinue".
11. The available services are listed. Confirm that you agree to the speci-
fied terms and conditions and click on "Continue".
12. A registration PIN code will be generated to activate the online serv-
ices the in Infotainment system. Please make note of this code.
