5.6 Indywidual Footrest Plates
The footrest should be used in all three positions: sitting, laying and standing.
5.6.1 Adjusting the Height of the Footrest Plates
Inappropriately tightened knobs and screws can cause the footrest plates to move
in the upright position and can lead to injury or damage to the device.
To adjust the height of the footrest plates, use the knob marked with the red arrow (Fig. 17). In
order to change the height, unscrew the knob and then move the footrest plates up or down.
After setting the required height the knob must be tightened as tight as possible. Footrest plates
can be adjusted independently, allowing for adjusting to different lengths of legs.
The scale on the inner surface of the adjusting elements can help with the process.
Adjust the footrest plates according to the scale which can be found on the inner side of the profile of the
footrest plates.
While pulling out footrest plates, do not exceed the scale over the MAX value.
Exceeding the scale can cause injury or damage to the device.
