Configuring Your Onyx EZR

Feature Settings

Feature Settings allows you to adjust TuneMix, set the audible beep on/off, set the channel browsing
auto select on/off, set text scrolling on/off, and erase all favorite channels .
TuneMix
Refer to "TuneMix" on page 41 for detailed information .
Audible Beep
Audible Beep turns on or off the beep that is heard when an advisory screen is displayed, or a traffic/
weather report is tuned, etc .
1. Press Menu .
2. Press to scroll to and highlight Feature Settings and press the Select button .
3. Press to scroll to and highlight Audible Beep . Pressing the Select button will toggle between
On and Off .
4. Press and hold Menu to return to the main display screen .
Channel Browsing Auto Select
Refer to "Automatically Tuning Channels in Categories" on page 29 for detailed information .
Text Scrolling
When an artist's name or a song title is too long to be completely displayed on the display screen,
the artist name and/or song title will scroll after a few seconds . This feature can be turned on or off
as desired .
1. Press Menu .
2. Press to scroll to and highlight Feature Settings and press the Select button .
3. Press to scroll to and highlight Text Scrolling . Pressing the Select button will toggle between
On and Off .
4. Press and hold Menu to return to the main display screen .
