SERVICE NOTE POWER SUPPLY DURING REPAIRS In this unit, about 10 seconds after power is supplied to the battery terminal using the regulated power supply (8.4V), the power is shut off so that the unit cannot operate.

There is a danger of electric shock by this high voltage when the ST-076 board is handled by hand. The electric shock is caused by the charged voltage which is kept without discharging when the main power of the unit is simply turned off.

During repair, pay attention to electrostatic breakdown and also use the procedure in the printed matter which is included in the repair parts.
