Mode of Operation
Always make sure that tool is switched off before plugging.
Main
voltage
must correspond to the operating voltage
marke
d
on the rating
plate.
The speed can
be
changed at
the
control
button of the
inter-
mediate piece between motor housing and
handle
stepless
from
1400 to 4000 rotations per minute. The speed can be changed
at stand-still or during operation of the
machine
.
Clockwise
rotation
:
increasing speed;
anti-clockwise
rotation:
diminishing
speed.
The angle
grinder is
equipped
with
a
motor
protectiv
e
plug.
When
overloaded,
it disconnects the machine.
When the motor protective plug
is
released, it can
again
be
connected after 20 or 30 seconds.
Switch
must
be in the "Off"
position, before connecting again
the motor protective plug.
To prevent the overbridging
of
the insulation no
additiona
l
marking plates and signs must be
rivete
d
or screwed
on
the
housing.
We
recommend the use of transfers only.
Only
use
grinding wheels with the approved specifications and
for the approved peripheral speed
according
to the
table.

duty hours clean cool air openings
on
the motor
housing.
Blow out motor
with
pneumatic air.
After 300 duty hours renew
the
gear grease.
Use only
the
Fein
special
gear
grease FG
9.
Do not mix
with o
ther greases; for
this purpose grease also
the
anti-friction bear
ing
in the
gear
head
with
FG 9. Pay attention to the given quantities of grease.
No claims can be entertained
for
damage due
to
negligent main-
tenance and inadequate
lubrication.
