REPLACING DC MOTOR AND ADJUSTING
DRIVING MOTOR (DC MOTOR)
TO REMOVE:
1. Remove the front cover and the rear cover (see pages 6-8).
2. Loosen 2 setscrews and remove the driving motor and the belt.
TO INSTALL:
3. Install the driving motor and the motor belt with 2 setscrews.
2. Loosen the setscrews slightly and move the motor up or down to adjust the motor belt tension.
The belt should deflect 7-9 mm when applying 300 grams of load to the middle of the belt.
Tighten the setscrews firmly.
3. Attach the rear cover and the front cover.
