Gear Oil Change

Oil change interval:
10 hours or 1 month after initial use
for initial change, then every 6
months or 50 hours.
Oil capacity:
0.05 L (0.05 US qt, 0.04 lmp qt)
Recommended Oil:
SAE ♯ 90 Hypoid gear oil or
equivalent, API Service
Classification (GL-4)
Change the gear oil with the engine
stopped and the outboard motor in
the vertical position.

1. Place a suitable container below
the oil drain hole to catch the used
oil, then remove the oil level bolt,
and oil drain bolt.
