A - 1 A device is to be used as a wireless client, but it cannot connect to the wireless
network. Why?
After confirming that the Device is powered on and connected properly, please check the following
configurations of the client device.
1.
If the "AP SSID" values set on the wireless client are consistent with the SSID of the AP.
2.
The "AP MAC" values set on the wireless client are consistent with the MAC address of the
AP.
3.
The security mode and key set on the wireless client are consistent with those on the AP.
4.
The AP has already enabled the wireless feature and is properly configured in AP mode.
A - 2 How to restore the Device to the factory settings?
Case I: With the administrator password
Under normal circumstances, you can directly go to the System > System page, click Reset
button, and restart the Device after the reset operation is complete.
Case II: Forgotten the administrator password
If you forget the administrator password, you can use a pin to press and hold the Reset button on
the front panel of the Device for more than 5 seconds when the Device is on, and then release the
button. After that, the Device will restart with factory default settings.
Notes: The reset operation will clear all custom settings on the Device, so do it with caution.
