  • Page 5 Operation of Scooter: 1. Turning on the power Put key in ignition and turn clockwise to turn key on. Turn-key counter- clockwise to power off when you stop. (Fig a) 2. Speed Control Speed is controlled by the black twist grip throttle. Twisting the throttle grip towards you will increase the speed.
