Making a call to outside the country you stay in
(including Japan)

In stand-by, enter "+" (0 for at least 1 second),
country code, area code (city code) and other
party's phone number
When the area code (city code) begins with "0",
omit the "0" when dialing (Include "0" when
making a call to some countries or regions such
as Italy).

overseas, you make a call as an international call to
Japan regardless of your country of stay.

mobile phone number excluding the first "0"
