Remove brake caliper packaging

Remove brake caliper plastic protection packaging.
Do not pull brake when caliper spacer is removed. Please
keep caliper spacer for transportation when wheel is removed

Install front quick release (QR) from pedal box.
Ensure QR spring orientation is correct.
