Possible cause
The shaving
heads are
damaged or
worn.
Long hairs
obstruct the
shaving heads.
You have not
inserted the
shaving heads
properly.
The
rechargeable
battery is empty.

Solution
Replace the shaving heads (see
chapter 'Replacement').
Clean the shaving heads one by
one (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Make sure that the projections
of the shaving heads fit exactly
into the recesses (see chapter
'Cleaning and maintenance'').
Recharge the battery (see
chapter 'Charging') or connect
the shaver to the mains.
