PRE-FILTER • The Pre-filter is located on the HEPA filter casing. This can be removed from the casing for cleaning. • The Pre-filter is responsible for stopping large particles of dirt and debris from reaching the HEPA filter. • If the filter is covered in dust, tap it gently over some newspaper or on the rim of a rubbish bin to dislodge the dust.
