Now, the old RAM file has been cleared , and you can reserve a RAM file in
the RAM card.
The "Crea te System ?" messa ge is also display ed if a differe nt card with a dif­
ferent size of RAM file area is inserted. Depress
System?" is displayed, and the RAM file will be reserved according to the size
memorized inside the card. "Create System?" will again be displayed if a key
is depressed. Depress the OFF key, and the RAM file inside the
other than

card will be destroyed.
However, when the RAM file is set to over 4096 with the FSET command, as
shown in the previous diagram, the RAM card is not large enough, and the
beginning of the RAM file takes up part of the X 07's RAM area. If you
remove the RAM card, a n d then, turn ON the power, the followi ng is display ed.

Create System?
This means that latter half of the RAM file (inside the card) is missing.
In this state, the RAM file is initialized and the former half of the RAM file is
destroyed. Please remember that when the set size of the RAM file area is
greater than the size of the RAM card (4K), contents of the RAM file cannot
be read when the card is removed.
Also, during program execution if the power is turned OFF with the SLEEP
instruction, and you remove the RAM card, the following message is displayed
when the power is turned ON again.
