Before using the e-Filing web utility, check the following items on your computer.

The e-Filing web utility supports Windows computers only. You cannot use it with a Mac or computers with another
OS.
 Supported web browsers
The e-Filing web utility works with the following browsers for the Microsoft Windows operating system:
 Microsoft Edge
 Internet Explorer 9.0 or later
 Firefox 38 or later
 Chrome 45 or later
 The minimum display resolution required for these browsers is 800 x 600.
 Disable the popup block function of the Web browser. For instructions on how to set the popup block function,
refer to the HELP for the Web browser you are using.
 When using Microsoft Edge, set the [Block pop-ups] setting to [Off]. Also select [Don't block cookies] for the cookie
setting. For instructions on the Microsoft Edge setting, see the following procedure.

 When using Internet Explorer, the Privacy setting must be set to Medium on the browser. Do not set Block All
Cookies or High for the Privacy function.
 How to set the Microsoft Edge setting
When you are using the Microsoft Edge setting, make sure that the setting is correct as follows.
Select (More actions) > [Settings] > [View advanced settings].
