Meaning
Missing or insufficient voltage on the backplane
bus
Module starts up and flashes up to the valid
parameter assignment.
Module parameters are assigned and module
addressed.
Firmware is being updated.
Indicates diagnostic interrupts:
Module fault (for example, supply voltage

Channel fault (for example, frequency too
