TROUBLESHOOTING

In the event of any fault:
 turn off the appliance,
 disconnect the power supply,
 based on the instructions given in the table below, some minor issues can be corrected
by the user. Please check the consecutive points in the table before you refer the repair
to customer service.
Problem
1. The appliance does not
work
2. Oven lighting does not
work.
3. E0 error message on the
screen
4. E1 error message on the
screen
5. E2 error message on the
screen
6. Touchscreen activates
Reason
no power
loose or damaged bulb
Temperature sensor failure
meat probe failure
Steam generator sensor
failure
Induction hob above the oven
is being used

Remedy
check the fuse, replace if
blown
Replace the blown bulb (see
Cleaning and Maintenance
section)
