10. Maintenance and storage
It is important to clean your Silk'n Titan device and store it properly after each
treatment.

Unplug the device.

To clean the device and remove any gel, wipe the surface
including the treatment surface with a clean, damp cloth. Use a
cleaning fluid with 70% alcohol.

After cleaning, we recommend you store the device in its original
box.

Never immerse your Silk'n Titan or any of its parts in water.
11. Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk'n Titan. You may exposure yourself
to dangerous electrical components and cause serious harm to yourself. It will
also void the warranty.
Problem
My Silk'n Titan does
not start.
Heat energy is not
emitted and I don't
feel any heat from the
device even though I
pressed the start button.
Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly connected to the
device, that it is plugged into an electrical outlet and
that you have pressed the start button.
Heat will only be emitted if the treatment surface is in
good contact with your skin, and you have applied
gel before you start your treatment. This is a safety
feature.
