If you attempt to dive deeper than 40 meters/130 feet, do decompression or staged dives, or dive
in any enclosed or challenging environments such as in caves, wrecks, ice, high altitude lakes, or
any sort of penetration diving using trimix, or any other kind of air mix with oxygen levels lower
than 21% or higher than 40%, or any technical diving, please DO NOT use this device as your
primary recording device, gauge or computer.

1.2 PREVIOUS COSMIQ MODEL

COSMIQ is a refresh of the original COSMIQ. The COSMIQ

but the COSMIQ+ replaces Gauge Mode with Bottom Timer Mode, which adds average depth
and secondary time reading. All other instructions in this manual apply to both the COSMIQ and
the COSMIQ model.

1.3 COSMIQ

COSMIQ 's operating system is constantly being improved by Deepblu's development team to

enhance the features and functions of the dive computer. Firmware updates to the operating
system are offered periodically over-the-air (OTA) and can be installed by pairing and syncing
COSMIQ with the Deepblu app.

It is very important that you update the firmware on your COSMIQ
available, as each firmware update contains new improvements, modifications and bug fixes which
will help to optimize your diving experience with COSMIQ
