The iX104C5 has been independently-tested to MIL-STD-810G:

Storage temperature: -400°F to 1600°F (-400°C to 710°C)

Thermal shock: -600°F to 1220°F (-510°C to 500°C)
Blowing rain: 4.0"/hr (101.6 mm/hr) blowing rain, 40 mph wind source, 30 minutes/side
Blowing sand and dust: 30 mph wind source, 30 minutes
Vibration: Minimum Integrity, Vehicle Vibration, US Highway Truck Vibration
Salt fog: 5% saline exposure
Altitude: 50,000 ft (15,240 m) operating
Other tests include: Contamination by fluids, fungus and solar radiation
