Check the following:
Is anything blocking paper output slot?
Check1
Are there any foreign objects in rear tray?
Check2
If there are any foreign objects in the rear tray, be sure to turn off the printer, unplug it, and then remove the
foreign object.
Important
• Do not tilt the printer or do not it upside down. Doing so may cause the ink to leak.
Is paper curled?
Check3
Correct curl before loading paper.
