Color Filter Replacement

Lint-free cotton gloves
WARNING: Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance. Filters can be HOT
after operation. Allow the fixture to cool before removing filters.
To replace a color filter on Color Wheel 1:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. Remove bottom head cover by loosening the four 1/4-turn screws.
Step 3. As shown in
CAUTION: Do not touch filters with bare fingers. Wear cotton gloves or other covering while
replacing filters. To clean filters, use isopropyl alcohol and soft cloth.
Step 4. Rotate Color Wheel 1 until the filter you are changing is accessible.
Step 5. To improve access to the filter, rotate the mixed color wheels to position the cut-outs next to
the filter you are changing.
Step 6. Gently press the color filter toward the lamp until it is free of the lock pins. Remove the filter
from the wheel.
Step 7. Slide the new filter (orient coating side towards lamp) under the spring clip until it is
securely retained by the lock pins.
Step 8. Close the air-duct door. Replace the head cover.
To replace a color filter on Color Wheel 2:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. Remove top head cover by loosening the four 1/4-turn screws.
