    TROUBLE-SHOOTING Problem Possible Reasons Solution No heat or not enough heat. The iron is unplugged. Check if the steam station is plugged into the mains power supply. No vertical steam. The iron is not hot enough. Wait a few minutes for the iron to reach the ideal temperature.
