Component Servicing Tasks
Assembly (*Only by an authorised Sachs dealer)
Valves Check and adjust valves if necessary (cold)*
Spark plug Check condition and accordingly clean or replace
Replace
Air fi lter Clean foam fi lter and housing.*
Replace foam fi lter*
Carburetor Check and adjust idle and cold start*
Throttle cable
Fuel fi lter Clean
Fuel hoses Check and replace if necessary (change at least
every 4 years)
Engine oil Change (operating temperature)
Exhaust system Check for leads and repair if necessary*
Brakes Check brake function correcting if necessary. Adjust
front and rear brake*
Check and replace brake pads*
