Troubleshooting
If you have any problems with your phone, check the following cases and try
solve the problem before contacting technical support.
Problem
When I use the key conversation, hear no dial tone, the line
is not busy.
Cause
The phone cord is not connected to the base.
The power cord is not properly connected to the base.
The line is busy when another handset is used.
Solution
Check the plug and the wall of the base of the phone (remove and plug).
Check the base and plug the power plug (remove and plug).
Wait until the line is unoccupied.
