Phone Operation

W hen placing or receiving a phone call, hold your phone as you
would a w ireline telephone.
Body-Worn Operation
To m aintain com pliance w ith RF energy exposure guidelines, if you
wear a phone on your body when transm itting, alw ays place the
phone in a M otorola-supplied or approved clip, holder, holster, case,
or body harness for this phone, if available. U se of accessories not
approved by M otorola m ay exceed RF energy exposure guidelines.
If you do not use one of the body-w orn accessories approved or
supplied by M otorola, and are not using the phone held in the
norm al use position, ensure the phone and its antenna are at least 1
inch (2.5 centim etres) from your body when transm itting.

Data Operation

W hen using any data feature of the phone, with or without an
accessory cable, position the phone and its antenna at least 1 inch
(2.5 centim etres) from your body.

Approved Accessories

Use of accessories not approved by M otorola, including but not
lim ited to batteries and antenna, m ay cause your phone to exceed
RF energy exposure guidelines. For a list of approved M otorola

RF Energy Interference/Compatibility

interference from external sources if inadequately shielded,
